How to Play
Match Outcome Betting
For every match, pick a team to win or a Draw before the betting window closes (1 hour before kickoff). A correct pick earns points:
Exact Score Bonus
Guess the exact final score. Rare scorelines pay more — a 5–1 upset is worth far more than a 1–0. Bonus stacks on top of outcome points.
RARITY MULTIPLIER TABLE
EXAMPLE · Brazil vs. Scotland: 3-1
Odds: 1.25 / 5.50 / 9.00
You pick Brazil, guess 3–1:
round(10 × 1.25) + round(15 × 2.0) = 13 + 30 = 43 pts
Pre-Tournament Predictions
Before the tournament begins (lock: 1 hour before the June 11 opening game), make five one-time predictions. Points are awarded after the tournament final — they can significantly shift the rankings at the very end.
Why Odds Matter
Decimal odds reflect probability. A team at 2.00 has roughly a 50% chance; at 8.00 about 12.5%. Picking the underdog correctly pays far more.
Auto-Fill Strategy
Choose a default strategy in Settings. If you have no bet on a match when the window closes (1 hour before kickoff), your strategy picks for you automatically — so you never miss out on points. You can also trigger it manually per game or from the Match Schedule page to fill every open match at once.
AUTO-FILL BETS COUNT FOR POINTS — but manual bets always override them. Change your strategy any time in Settings; future auto-fills use the new strategy.
SWITCHING STRATEGIES MID-TOURNAMENT
Want to try a different strategy for upcoming games? Here's the workflow:
Go to Settings and pick your new strategy.
Open the Bets tab. Auto-filled bets are marked with a Auto-Picked stamp, instead of a Picked stamp.
Click ✕ on each bet you want to redo.
Click the flash button in a Bet card to fill a single game using the currently set strategy
Click the Auto-Fill button at the top of the Bets tab to fill every empty slot using the currently set strategy.
NOTE — only bets on unlocked matches (more than 1 hour before kickoff) can be deleted or auto-filled.
Viewing Other Players' Picks
Once a match or the tournament is locked, you can see what everyone else picked.
Once a game is locked (1 hour before kickoff), a 👥 N PICKS → button appears at the bottom of the bet card. Tap it to open a window showing every player's outcome pick, score guess, and points earned (after the match).
On the Picks tab, there is a 👥 ALL PICKS → button at the top of the page. It opens a window showing every player's Champion, Finalist, Semi-Finalist, and Top Scorer picks — organized in tabs, one pick type at a time. Picks are only visible after the tournament lock date.
Knockout Round Scoring
Knockout matches cannot end in a draw. If the score is level after 90 minutes, teams play up to 30 minutes of extra time. If still level, a penalty shootout decides. The scoreline and the outcome are scored separately:
Your score guess is evaluated against the scoreline at the end of normal time plus extra time (⏱️ ET). Penalties do not add to the score.
e.g. You guess 1–1. Match ends 1–1 ⏱️ ET then goes to penalties → your score guess is correct.
Your outcome pick is evaluated against the team that advances — even if decided by penalties. Picking "Draw" in a knockout round earns zero points.
e.g. You pick a team to win. Match ends 1–1 AET, that team wins on penalties → your outcome pick is correct.
NOTE — the results page marks matches with ⏱️ ET (decided in extra time) or 🎯 PEN (decided by penalty shootout).
